Pursuant to Kings Ridge Community Association and Highgate governing documents, all Homes in Kings Ridge must be occupied by at least one person over the age of 55 years of age. Persons under the age of 55 years and more than 18 years of age may occupy and reside in a Home as long as at least one of the occupants is over the age of 55 years.
