At 341 homes, Highgate is the largest neighborhood in Kings Ridge. Our Neighborhood Association is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas including roads and street lighting. It is also responsible for the maintenance of residents’ lawns, street-side trees, shrubs, irrigation sprinklers, and the exterior painting of the homes. It provides social and hospitality functions for its residents. It also makes and enforces the policies that provide the pleasing environment which probably encouraged you to come here to live.
Highgate has five elected board members who serve staggered three-year terms. The Highgate Board of Directors’ meeting is held once a month and all residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. You will see signs posted at the neighborhood entrances and receive an email notification at least 48 hours before every board meeting. They are usually held at 9:00 am on the third Monday of every month (except July and August) in the main clubhouse. Highgate employs a professional management company, Leland Management, to ensure our Neighborhood business runs smoothly and in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes.
