Clarification about "Approved" and "Draft" Minutes: BOD meeting minutes are considered as "Drafts" until they are formally "Approved" at the next month's BOD meeting. If the link below says that they are approved, then any "Draft" notation that may still be on the copy of the minutes can be ignored.
