The Communications Committee is responsible for establishing and maintaining inclusive lines of communication between and among the Board of Directors, the Committees of the Board and the community at large. The Committee shall:

1) Advise the Board of Directors on how to help homeowners better understand their Association, its structure, operations and contributions to the "Highgate Lifestyle" and advise the Board on how to optimize the flow of timely, accurate information between and among Association homeowners on matters impacting the Association.

2) Collect and compile current information relative to the happenings within Highgate through publishing, assembling and maintaining a website.

3) Maintain the Highgate Neighborhood Email address database.

4) Seek opportunities for two-way communications between residents and Board.
