Detailed and accurate financial statements for the Highgate HOA are always available to all property owners. They consist of a monthly Balance Sheet and Income/Expense Statement for both the current month and year-to-date. The Income/Expense Statement shows full budget information to track our progress through the year.
Shortly after the first of each year, our financial statements for the prior year are subjected to a certified audit by an independent CPA firm. A copy of that report is available to any property owner who requests it from the Treasurer (see below).
There are a couple of ways to obtain a copy of the regular monthly financial statements:
1. Shortly after the 15th of each month a copy of the previous month’s financial statements will be sent to you as an attachment to the next Highgate Newsletter.
2. Financial Statements are available in the Homeowner Portal of the Highgate website.
3. Call the Treasurer, Linda Fowler, who is also a member of your Board of Directors, to either request copies of any financial statements or ask any questions about them. The Treasurer’s phone number is listed in the Kings Ridge directory booklet Royal Pages or on the Kings Ridge main website www.kings-ridge.net under the Address Book heading. Unlike this website, the Kings Ridge site must be signed onto.
